One of the best gym in and around uppal ! Good ambience, certified trainers, hygienic place. If you're someone who is looking for clean and well maintained gym. This is the best one and fee is better compared to the other gyms, considering the equipment and facilities. Pros : 1. Facilities , ambience and machine/instruments. 2. Trainers 3. I can say this is best gym in uppal, Owner Chandu is so friendly and have good knowledge in fitness and nutrition, coach vinod is very good person. He trains everyone with patience and explains importance of every muscle and also gives good diet according to our taste and budget..

The Gym truly stands by its name (R Fitness). Affordable, friendly environment. It is important that we get guidance from someone with more experience, expertise and knowledge, in the domain we are lacking and when the domain is health there is no second thought. The trainer(Mr.Ashok) is focused and goal oriented. Should feel lucky to get trained from people who knows, what it takes to reach the summit in fitness.In conclusion superlative degree is well deserved.
