Trainer is pretty good,Trainer will take your goals as his goals I lost 7kg in 1.5month which is a drastic change.Environment is family friendly,as it is unisex everyone can visit and try to gain or loose some kgs of weight.

Very Nice Gym equipped with latest and advanced machines. Spacious Workout arena and separate hall for Zumba and group workout activities. The Trainers are very supportive, well mannered, professional, friendly and experienced and expert in the fitness industry. One must join the Royal Fitness Club to achieve their fitness goals !!!!
