Technical Business center, one of sky scrapper 12 stories high. Capable to view from train while traveling tiruvamiyur to taramani towards south side. Roughly two thousand people were working with different shift basis in different organizations. Maersk, Dun and Bradstreet, ivy mobility solutions are some of the organizations occupied. Parking lot is manageable due to the shift. And building is full of surveillance with camera and fire safety facilities incase of emergency.
