Just completed 6 months of training with Trainer Nicholas. It has been eye- opening and an incredible experience. First of all the gym is awesome, with world class equipments and fun interiors, I wake up excited to hit the gym. Secondly the trainers are one of the best in the country and make sure we have absolute fun with strength training. They are trained to attend to rehab also which is a big plus. It’s a holistic experience… thanks to Coach Basu Shanker for starting such a venture and making world class fitness training available to everyone and to my trainer Nicholas for the unconditional coaching.

I loved this place. Had a friendly Table Tennis match. India's no.1 and no.2 TT veterans (75+) played there. Actually it is a great Gym.

I cleared my ACE (cpt) exam with the help of Mr.Robin(PT) from Primal pattern.He was guiding me throughout the entire course, till I appear for the exam. Highly efficient, experienced, and patient faculty. Thank you so much.
