This building provides hostel facility to northy students studying in Cochin university college of engineering. The environment is very good and also a lot of help and companion you will get from here. There are two subdivision of this building one is software boys hostel and other on is mca boys hostel.

Awesome place, there are 10 rooms in this hostel, Majority is of north indian students, all are very polite and co-operative and fun loving true heart guys, what I feel most is that they are very trustworthy people. I liked this place too much. Wifi facility is available there. Situated in lap of nature. I think whole kerala is situated in the nature. Nearest railway station is Alappuzha (Alleppy) approx 20 km. You have to travel by bus fare is Rs. 8 + Rs. 20. After dropping your bus just cross the river by ⛵, it is free of cost run by state govt. Everything here is neat and clean, we should always try not to spoil the beauty of this natural place.
