Very unprofessional staff and bad experience. They are only focusing to cheat there customer's. Food quality is very very bad had order Kerala sadya ,chicken biriyani , porota and ayalakari. it was so terrible could not compare with real Kerala food. Finally surprised with bill. It's too expensive and you will not happy when you leaving from there. Kerala sadya 6/10 Biryani 4/10 Kerala Porota 8/10 Ayalakari 5/10

Have started Home delivery as well. Service has improved much over these weeks. Very prompt delivery, and homely food. No excuse for complaining you miss Kerala food. Puttu and meen curry is unbeatable. Dont miss Kerala sadya every sunday with PRADHAMAN. Happy to become a regular customer :) Updating the review after 3 months : Pradhanam has improved so much in terms of food varieties, tastes awesome and now the only thing I think they can improve is be a bit more speedy in delivering to the table. But we are happy to wait, because the food(kappa, meen curry, kerala chicken dry fry were so much loved today during our lunch. I think, Pradhanam to me and for most of my friends and colleagues has become the GOTO place for authentic kerala food.

These guys are frauds! See what they delivered via Zomato; charred and inedible chicken. No response from their admins when I tried talking via Messenger. If you deliver such food, I'm sure you guys would stoop to any level for money.
