we all have our own reasons to join gym and i have one too, to feel motivated and good about myself. the environment here is friendly and comfortable w easy to use and effective. the trainers like Ajay Paul and a very friendly and honoured Nishant Kushwaha who motivates us even more about maintaing a healthy body. it's a positive sura radiated by him. totally recommended.<3

Brand new, opened just months ago. Great space for those who hate congestion. Non competitive/ friendly gym with no push for personal training or supplements. With maximum 15 to 20 people on the floor at a given time, it is neither crowded nor empty.
