Location is good but they have less maintained rooms, the service is also not up to the standards. They close the main gate at 10:30 pm.

This is just the right place to tuck in when you're at Patia to drop off your kid at KIIT. Particularly it's very close to KIIT Girl's Hostel and has plenty of eateries around suiting all kind of budget. The rooms and bathrooms though not spankingly clean are okayish. The room rents are reasonable with Non AC rooms available for Rs900/- and AC rooms available for Rs1200/-. One demerit is no lift is available to move upstairs and stairs are the only way to get to your room. However with the room rents being low and your likely stay duration usually not for long one shouldn't be complaining too much. You can book a room by calling them up and they don't ask for an advance payment which is good. In fine this is a place where you can snooze and rest till you rush back home after bidding your kid goodbye!!

Good ,reasonable and safe place to stay. The staffs are also very polite and good. Rooms are clean and they maitain it.

If you are looking for a luxurious stay then you'll be disappointed but if you are on a short trip to visit your kid at KIIT and are willing to overlook the ultra comfort factor then this one fits the bill. Both AC and non AC rooms are available.The rooms are clean, quite spacious and has clean toilets. No complementary breakfast (you can't expect this at a budget hotel). However tea is complementary in the morning and evening. One drawback is there's no lift and hence if you've creaking knee joints or have seniors with you then you may have to think differently. The Guesthouse is strategically located with a nice veg restaurant on its ground floor while a biryani joint is 10 m away. There are plenty of roadside eateries serving all sorts of snacks and food. The KIIT main gate is about 400m away and thus the boys'and girls' hostels are within 500m. That's about it. Now take your call. But yeah this is my 3rd stay here on a visit to meet my kiddo and I don't have much to complain about!
