Pediatric Department is part of Guru Govindsinh Civil Hospital , Jamnagar. Pediatric Department is for the care of child who are under the age of 15 from the day of born. This is government hospital and this one is having all the facilities as similar to any Privet hospitals which offers good service on dependencies of money but here pediatric Department of G.G. Hospital is as good as any Privet hospitals.

The department has a AC seminar hall and offices of various senior doctors. The wards are on the third and fourth floor of the red building opposite the department. The doctors work hard to take care of the patients. The patient intake is very high for the number of doctors employed here for them to provide the best of care. The residents (all three years) and professors attend every day to give their excellent service But what's surprising is that the SR doctors are rarely come to the department, too busy handling their private clinics.

In compare to private hospitals. Government of gujarat under going this place is best for pregnant women. Their ratio of normal deliveries is higher than scissors... Good and polite staff. Very good doctors. And services are also good...
