Best hospitality with a homely touch. Wonderful location. The hosts and their entire staff took so much care to even minute things starting prior to our arrival to post our return, making our stay so comfortable. Beauty, luxury, cleanliness, hygiene and comfort were all top class at your place- All these can still be replicated with attention to detail and investments. But your hospitality and your genuine care to make our stay comfortable was much more valuable than anything... We all usually message our family back once we reach or return to our destination. For a first, i remembered to message the wonderful hosts after we reached back as they really catered to us like family...

O e if the best home stay experience I have ever had at Pear Tree In . The hosts are great. The villa is located just at the bottom of the hill surrounded with lush green and blue sky. The room services are excellent and spending time in the lawn is not be if the most relaxing moment. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare own food as well. The only challenge I have noticed is the approaching road to the main gate, which would require some hill driving skills.

We had a pleasant stay here. Would recommend this for anyone planning to visit ooty, instead of staying there should choose kotagiri to stay. This villa is very well situated and have market place nearby and the bus stand of kotagiri in just 2-3 kms. The property is very well maintained and the owners are great hosts. Would love to visit again for another trip. The hosts provide great quality home cooked food. The stay is ideal for a family vacation.
