There are many jewelry shopping app but it depends upon what type of jewelry are you looking for. If you want to buy imitation jewelry or low cost jewelry then you can shop on Amazon, Flipkart, Ebay, Caratlane, Paytm, Craftsvilla, Shopclues, etc. All these apps are not suitable for buying high value Jewelry items.  Shopping apps such as flipkart, amazon paytm etc are shopping portal which are not exclusively for jewelry. Hence there is no professional customer care personnel who can suggest you the best jewelry. Gold and Diamond jewelry should be brought from genuine online company.
