Payamkuttimala Eco Tourism near Vadakara is a hidden paradise that exceeded my expectations. The well-preserved ecosystem and pristine surroundings create a sense of calm and serenity. One of the highlights of this place is the small temple located within the premises. It adds a spiritual touch to the overall atmosphere. The panoramic sea view from the hilltop is awe-inspiring, providing a sense of peace and serenity.

Recently Visited Payamkuttimala on my journey back from payyanur. I came to know about this place from my friends. This place was once a barren land with no proper road to get to the top. The eco tourism authority has developed this area into a hill top view point. The view from the top is beautiful. Especially the sunset! The view of Vadakara town is great and also you can see the sea faintly. There is also a small muthappan temple in the premises. I liked the place, a good place to visit with family or friends. Ample space to park vehicle. One should always visit the place early morning or in the evening, as it gets really hot. A request to the authorities is to plant more trees, so people can sit under the shade, this will make the visit more enjoyable. When we visited the place, even though it was hot, the constant wind helped. We watched the sunset and it was beautiful. The place has nothing to boast about, but it is worth seeing this place atleast ones. Kudos to the thought of developing this place, which enabled more people to experience the beautiful view and have quality time with friends and family. While driving to the spot, make sure you maintain a low speed. The roads are narrow and climbing, there are houses nearby and kids running around. The location has a fence all around and a security too. There was no place to get a bottle of water or get something to drink. Also if you like you can visit the Lokanarkavu temple. A beautiful temple and it is very nearby.

A must visit place at Vadakara. The sunset view is awesome. Can have a long view of the sea too and moving ships. Best time to visit is in the evening around 6:00 PM. Muthappan temple also is in the same premise. Good parking facility. The property is well maintained

The best time to visit Payamkuttimala Eco Tourism Spot is at sunset. it is a good place for all religious people to visit at any time even though a temple is located there. There is no need to buy a ticket for the entrance. It is a perfect place for gathering with family and friends. There are not any restaurants there But there are small stationery shops run by locals along the way Parking facilities are available. Midday meals are available from the temple on some weekend days.
