Comes among the best gyms in bilaspur. It's running by Ram and Praful bhaiya, both are very humble. Daily, weekly, monthly and other packages are available, which are totally reasonable and affordable. Trainers are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Trainers provide diet plans and supplements on request and requirements. Monthly rates are 1500 INR & Yearly 10000 INR without PT. For detail rates do visit or call them. It follows all the rules of Covid guidelines. Sanitized places, equipments are modern. If you are motivated and dedicated to bodybuilding then this place is absolutely for you.

Very clean zym. Good place Easy to access. New equipments. No. Of trainers available for all (girls/boys) Experienced trainer available Personal Trainer available. (ASHU BHIYA is the best) You'll get complete diet chart for weight gain and weight loss. Supplement also available if you want. Personal locker available. Cons: just in the summer atmosphere feels bad. I hope they will rectify for next summer.

Thursday: 6 to 11 am, 5 to 10 pm
