In a nutshell: Best Pav bhaji in town! Located in Shafi Daudi market, Muzaffarpur, the pav bhaji served is out of the world. The bhaji is good, neither too bland nor too spicy. The pavs are perfectly buttered and toasted on the tava. Rate is ok, a bit on the higher side. Paid 80/- for half plate of pav bhaji. Full plate was 160/-. Extra pav charges are 15/- per pav, so better to take half plate and take extra pav. Bhaji in half plate is more than enough for 2-3 pavs. Do give it a try!
