My patient got admitted at Patiala Heart Institute. One of the best hospital in Punjab region for any cardiac consultation. We’ve been to various hospitals earlier for cardiac consultation but no one amongst them shown us the right path. But after coming here we were sure that our patient is in right hands. My patient gets the dialysis done from Patiala Heart Institute. It has one of the best dialysis centre of this region. The department is very clean and the system is extremely organized. The staff is very well aware of their work. The hospital culture is excellent. In case any one wants to get the dialysis services, Patiala Heart should be the centre of choice. Thanks and Regards

My father Dr. Baljeet Singh got admitted at Patiala Heart Institute. He's a professor at Punjabi University. We are highly satisfied with the care provided by the staff of Patiala Heart. The hospital environment is very positive. The doctors are very good. Special emphasis is given by the senior doctors to all the patients. The level of care provided is commendable. Highly satisfied with the services.

I visited the hospital for the treatment of my father. He was admitted in the emergency as he got heartattack in the evening. The doctors treatment was very good. Nursing staff is very caring and well educated.
Now talking about the treatment I will give them five star rating but when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene it is very good for patients but average for the patient attendants. Washroom taps are leaking as it looks like no maintenance was done from the date of commissioning. Secondly, there is only one toilet for gents and only one for ladies and that also is not clean. It is giving invitation to diseases. There is not much availability of eatable varieties in the cafeteria as mentioned on their list.
Even there is no such separate space for having meal even for the staff also.
But as far as treatment is concerned I will highly recommend it to the others also.

Infection control practices in hospital are in place. Hospital's quality is very good. The staff is highly professional and cooperative. Hospital is patient centric. Patient is treated as God in this hospital. I have never seen such positive atmosphere in any of the hospitals.
