This dam is situated at Phoolpada, Virar East. Dam supplies water to Phoolpada area. This Dam is surrounded by jungle. It is beautiful in Monsoon. Best for one day picnic or short trail. People come here for walk and exercise at morning and evening. Municipal corporation swimming pool is just near this dam. You can visit Baronda Devi Temple after short walk, it is located other side of dam. Walk from dam to temple will give you the experience of traditional village life. You can also drive towards the temple if dam is not overflows. You can also see the famous Jivdani Temple of Virar. If you are interested in Bio diversity or plantation or in Photography then "Late Uttamrao Patil Bio Diversity Park" is for you. it is also located other side of dam. There is also one old Mahadeva Temple. The temple and Bio Diversity Park is surrounded by dark forest and small waterfall. All this places are hidden gem of Virar.
