Lacs of Thanks to Dr. Jaydeep somavanshi, who only deals with root cause & remove the issue permanantly as early as possible. Prevents any surgery as much as possible they can & recommend best medicine for application.
Else we have dr.bagchi at satpur who is giving treatment of piles for fissure patient & dr. Shirsat at dwarka . These two helps u to suffer more.

My sister was suffering from fissue for past one and half year so we consulted Somwanshi sir, he explained everything from scratch including the treatment plan. My sister had to go through minor surgery and now she is completely fine.
Somwanshi sir listens very patiently and earnestly, he doesn't disregard patients feelings at any cost which makes him a compassionate doctor. Thanks to him my sister is happy and healthy.
