The place was amazing. The service was so delightful . Staff members were very cooperative they just helped us as much as possible and in the best way. In the end I would like to say it was so comfortable

One word review : EXCELLENT My throughout experience with this hotel was just AMAZING. Right from the receptionist, Rooms, Food, cleanliness and Service was top notch. Palri sets a high standard customer experience and other hotels should learn from them. My highest recommendation is palri boutique if your planning a stay in Gangtok. Looking forward to visit Again.

Wonderful hotel to stay in. It is just about perfect. Everything from the room service to the ambience of the place. The restaurant was very nice and the food was better than average. The view from the restaurant is amazing and added to the dining experience. Rooms and toilets are super clean. No complaints. The only nitpick is that there were no elevators. So people with disabilities will find it difficult to access their rooms. Overall, very good experience ?.

One of the best places to stay if you are visiting Gangtok(East Sikkim). It is situated very near to MG Marg. We stayed here for 3N 2D and the service was really good. The food was tasty. And the view was very beautiful from the room. I will attach some pictures below of the view captured from the room. Do consider this place if you are visiting Gangtok.
