Peaceful family vacation on beach!
My family had a wonderful relaxing stay at Palmleaves Beach resort for 6 days. It is right on the beach with lots of coconut trees around. You will see very few people at beach and gives you a feel like a private beach villa stay. The room was very spacious, clean and have balcony with excellent sea view. The swimming pool added more fun to our stay here. Perfect for a peaceful vacation in a secluded place!
The food served in breakfast and dinner was traditional Kerala style and very tasty. Owner Mr. Mathew is a very kind and generous person, and always available for help. He was prompt to arrange things we needed and made sure we had an excellent stay there.
Thank you, Mr. Mathew!

This place is really great! It has its own beach, and all the rooms have lovely balconies that look out onto the sea. The food is delicious, and the owner, Roshan, is really nice and friendly. He's also really knowledgeable about things. If you want a peaceful vacation, this is the perfect place to go.

If you fancy having a great time at an amazing place with your friends in and around Kazhakootam, this is the place for you!
While booking the place online, we were a bit sceptical about whether to opt for the place or not. Our requirements were pretty simple: a place to ourselves, access to the beach and the pool, and great food.
Special thanks to the owner, who gave us an amazing deal for the place! Food is great, and rates are decent. The caretaker and the shef were super helpful; amazing service, folks! Great, personalised service from each one of the staff!
Super lucky to have the entire place to ourselves. It is a pretty safe and secluded spot, with no restrictions of any sort from the management.
Ideal for families as well, but best for groups. You might see a few spiders or cobwebs or a few broken pieces of furniture, or you might think that the walls could do with another coat of paint. Don't let these put you off; this for sure is a great place to hang out with your friends or family for a day or two. We had one of the best one-day vacays and feel certain you will too!
You will love: The pool, the beach access, and the staff!!!
Will we visit again? Deffo! Might visit more often now?

The rooms doesn't have much amenities included. There isn't even a soap in the bathroom, nor is it clean. The pool is not private and there were other parties at our allocated time. There was a constant voltage fluctuations and power cuts, due to this, the air conditioning and lights go out often. So if you are planning for night time photography, please do keep this in mind. And at last, when it comes to the beach area, it is not clean at all. There were stray dogs with skin diseases here and there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The rooms are spacious, clean and provided with a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. Located on a very quiet area of the beach…you effectively have a private beach villa for the price of a room.
The breakfast is included and is both generous and delicious. The owner Matthew is a true gentleman. He is very kind and friendly and cannot do enough to make sure you have a perfect stay. He is also a great chef! The evening meals were just as incredible as the breakfasts. We’ll definitely stay here again for a quiet poolside/beach side retreat.
Thank you to Matthew and the team
