Excellent location. Very near to Sula , York and Soma vineyards . Great hosts with very beautiful gardens and place is very well.maintained and there is a very homely feeling . Caretaker Sandeep is very helpful and makes sure you are taken care of properly. Highly recommended of you want to spend time with family near vineyards and relax .

Located in 5 minutes proximity from Sula and Soma wineries Pai farms is a hidden gem.Nestled amongst greenery, absolutely seren and picturesque location.Its the kind of place one would like to rush away from the city.The villa is well maintained and the caretaker was always around to make our stay comfortable.Mr and Mrs Pai are very warm and welcoming peoole,Mrs Alka Pai makes soaps, cheese and yummiest breakfast. There is damn water body at a walkable distance,we had the best time gliding our way through muddy farms ,making its way to a field of beautiful view . I highly recommend this place??

This is an excellent place to enjoy with a large family or group of friends. Will maintained. Very hospitable. Fantastic breakfast. Fabulous location right between York and Soma wineries. The owners also make cheese and organic soaps, so that's an added incentive.

I am truly excited to share my feedback. My objective of this trip was to give a relaxation to my parents and spend quality time with them. My both objectives not only got fullfilled but overflown.... The stay was such a fantastic....and can't explain it in words.... The place...the food...warmness....location.... hygine... Very honest and kind care takers.... sweet Simba... Again my vocabulary has limits... Please....once visit this place...get rejeneuate...and make yourself and others happy.... My parents happy face and memories is much valuable than price... Simply beautiful and full of joy...
