Worst hotel ever stayed. If I have an option for -10 star I would give that. Not cleaned anywhere. No clean bed sheets. No towel. No drinking water. Lift and corridors are stinky and full of pan spits. At nights hotel have arranged little cockroaches for us to sleep with and it will stay below our pillows. Lift and glasses have never seen a cleaner before for sure. Above all my prepaid hotel booking was declined and I had make hours of calls with customer care. Still they charged extra for check in. Tht too double from online rates.

Worst hotel better to stay at any free dharamshala 1. Make my trip show 1256 but when you reach hotel they will charge 1650/-. No accountability at all. 2. Room have cockroach inside and there are no glass no towel nothing. 3. Pathetic service they won't do anything you ask,even after checking in nobody assist you to room they will say use the lift and go to your room 4. I asked for a water bottle but they never come back so I have to go down the reception for the same. Please do not book any Oyo property.

First of all location is not real. The place has a duplicate called green leaves. It is a scam and fraduent place. I lost my booking which was crucial to me for a stay of 4 days. I had to run places to get room and ultimately had to go into a costly place. I also saw the room in that green leaves it is the worst with drinking smell and pesticides smell.

Worst hotel in prime area. Beds with cockroach, not accepting Oyo bookings but using Oyo name for extra payment during check out if we delay to checkout. Rude behaviour by the Manager.Not at all customer friendly. Bathrooms are in bad condition, tv not in working condition. Not a single value for our money.

The service was very poor and impolite The manager of the hotel denied the booking since the booking was done and confirmed through OYO and didn't let in though it was 1am. Very rude behavior.Demanded for double the price shown in the application .Do not opt booking this hotel if you need a peaceful and pleasant stay .Especially if you're going to book through oyo app, the money is gonna be scammed in the name of booking confirmation and stay would be denied and non-refundable.
