Booked for a stay there, the total booking costed around 1.5k, but when i arrived (i was late) they said i had to pay another 2.2k for the room or leave, i was helpless and had to pay in order to stay. I contacted oyo and they said that they will refund the amount but i had to submit proof of payment. I contacted the hotel and they refused to provide the bill. They said that the owner is in ernkaulam they have to get his approval to get my bill. What is that logic ? I don’t understand but if you book there always ask for bill, i will proceed with a police complaint as soon as i get back there. Please be aware of this and always ask for bill after payment.

Over all bad experience, since we have to wait for 2 hr to get room, the hotel personal told us the amount we paid through Oyo portal was much lower, they asked us to pay 1200 extra , we tried calling Oyo help desk but no use they said we will arrange another room which was very far from this location. Other option was to pay extra which was not acceptable.. the room was also full of cockroach it was a pathetic experience, please take necessary action and mitigate the issue

I booked 2 classic room for my relatives in 2021.
They are coming from idukki, and they reached here late night and around 10 pm. When we reached in this hotel the situation was pathetic. One of the receptionist who reacted to us very badly, he treated us in a disrespectful manner.he said at this time they couldn't allow to enter the hotel.the day was very rainy and he didn't allowed us to enter the hotel. He argued "the hotel has no connection with oyo, and ask oyo to refund the amount". I never ever recommend this hotel to any humans. Because they never give respect to people.

I have to say that after booking a room at this hotel, I have a very, very bad opinion......The reason is that if we book through online and pay money, the hotel authorities is not ready to give us a room for the same amount.What justification is there in this?..............Do not book online for any reason and go to this hotel because they ask us twice the amount.....I booked a room online in this hotel for 600 rupees but they told me to pay a total of 1200 rupees .In this way, many people book a room in this hotel and fall into the trap...By booking a room in this hotel, we hate most popular apps, OYO...Please humbly request that no one should jump into such pitfalls......

this was inspite of us showing the confirmation that we had already paid complete tariff as per the online tariff of OYO.
He told us that the hotel doesn’t have tie up with OYO.
But they have put up a huge board in front of their hotel which is attached to one full wall stating that it is OYO.
It looks like they are using OYO to market the customers.
If OYO, is associated with such fraud hotels , the OYO brand is certainly going to be affected.
We had to search another hotel late in the night.
We strongly recommend you to not visit this Hotel .
