The hotel is okayish. We booked 10 rooms for a big family group to stay in. While some rooms were spacious and big, others weren't. Most didn't have a window/ or it was broken. Some rooms lacked even basic amenities like no water heater and no health faucet! The location was pathetic, in the middle of the market around industrial area, where they were burning trash nearby and the smoke came in right in our rooms. They didn't have any banquet/ hall also. They don't have a buffet system but they provide food on order. And that was the only good part about it. It was surprisingly very good and yum! One extra star only for that. Otherwise It deserves just 2 stars.

The worst experience I have ever had with this hotel, the receptionist who attend my mother's call yesterday (25 oct, 2022) around 2pm is just horrible to talk, my mother was asking her charges of the room twice so she just shouted on my mother and also shouted on me coz I told her to transfer her call to her manager and disconnect on my face, when I call her again she just doing nautanki "hello, hello" and disconnect again. And today (26 oct, 2022) I call this hotel again to complaint about her, the guy who attend my call, calling himself manager of that hotel, he told me his name is A K Pandey, he was also rude and not listening to us, I think he was not manager at all. He also argue with us and didn't listen to us and in middle of the conversation he disconnected my call on my face too, he was just taking her (receptionist) side. I am recommending all to first read all the reviews then book this hotel on your own risk. In this hotel everyone is thinking themselves as the owner of the hotel. Good luck to those who will book this hotel but I personally suggest not to book kindly to save yourself from all the drama wo bhi free ka.. book some other hotel to save your time and mood specially. For this hotel one star is also waste to give but this is minimum can't do anything. Don't book kindly ??

It's the worst experience ever at the beginning of booking this hotel rooms. My mother has called at this hotel and talked to a male receptionist at first. She asked about the charges and next day my mom called and one lady receptionist picked up the call, again my mom asked the charges just to confirm once again and the receptionist started shouting and misbehave with my mom for no reason. When she asked her name she asked her name she didn't said and after so many request she said she is Jiya which is a big lor for sure. My mother was so polite with her but she misbehave badly. . Don't ever booked this hotel every person is so rude over here and they think they bought this hotel and will not allow any customer to enter... Don't book plz.. Jist don't want to give a single star but can't do anything..

The rooms are very neat and clean. The room service is also good. Maybe someone not like the food they served but other all things are good. You can go for food in the outside area also. It's in sakchi (kashidih), Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
