I stayed here for 13 days and I had few complaints. The lift audio is quite loud and if you have a room nearby lift, you won't be able to sleep. The free breakfast is horrible. There will be only one item in breakfast and 10 out of 13 days, I found them non edible. The cafeteria food is also not good in general especially the vegetarian options. To be fair, the chicken biryani was good though. Outside food is not allowed and the cafeteria has limited options. Apart from this, the rooms are good and well equipped. It would be better if the rooms had a safe but can't complain at this price point. Also No car parking but they mention it clearly in the beginning and at the site too. I am taking away 2 stars, one for the irritating lift audio and one for tasteless food.

Room was small, but comfortable for 2 people. TV was not working in any of the rooms. Ac was not working properly, so called the guy at the reception but he didn't responded. They told that hot water will be available between 5am to 10am but it was not coming. Called the receptionist and he said there is some issue with water heater and delivered a bucket of hot water after calling couple of times. We can stay in a PG or a hostel for a couple of days, but we opted for oyo because of comfort, ac and everything. But nothing was available there nor ac or TV or hot water. Instead of spending the money here, if we would spend the same money in a PG/hostel they will provide everything. Not impressed by OYO

Atleast they r asking to provide 3 rating for their hotel. DO NOT PREFER FOOD IN THIS HOTEL RESTUARANT. Better order on Swiggy r Zomato.

Poor maintenance. Stinky bathroom, bathroom door has no lock from outside. Hot water only from 5am to 10am. Linens are not clean. Complimentary breakfast breakfast better not to opt for it.

The hotel is clean but that's the only thing good about it. The hotel staff is so rude, they won't talk to you with basic courtesy. There is this petite man who sits on the counter who refuses to look up from the phone and does not bother to take complaints. The rooms are very small, getting hot water is problematic, basic things like towels are not available, tv has no channels, food (the free breakfast) has bugs. The one star is for just 1 of the staff here who is a nice guy and would try his best to accommodate you, but the hotel is as bad as it can get.
