Worst experience. Booked the room but still the property owner did not give the room and he told even if u book in other sites like Oyo, Agoda n all but u have to pay the full amount and did not issue the room

Under rated hotel very very worst service we book through Oyo online full amount. But hotel person asking additional amount to pay or else they are informed that your booking will be auto released. We spoken to the Oyo call center they are saying we will process refund 7 to 14 working days on check in time 1 hours before checking 11 pm time midnight So please avoid these kind of lodge. Hotel person also very rud behaviour and also rooms are cockroaches not cleaning well so please avoid these hotel Oyo pls don't recommended these type of property and don't spoil your name.
