Very bad experience. There's no geyser facility for hot water. No buffet type breakfast, bedsheet were dirt, bathroom tiles were not all clean. Windows and doors blots dn't work properly. Internet wifi too dint work.

If you are looking for cleanliness & better service please don't think to visit this hotel. Rooms are not clean, dirty washroom even we paid the good amount. I will suggest please don't go with this hotel if you are planning to visit Hyderabad even though location is prime.

Reception service is very poor. Food as per oyo app is not available regarding both varieties and prices. Room service is poor and facilities are bad. No TV, no proper AC and wifi is bad. Food got cancelled after my order and didn't even informed me, very bad experience. Least recommend

if you using Google map to reach this oyo flagship, you will be reaching somewhere else. Hotel location what they provided on the Google is different. is not a proper loc, hotel exactly located far from what locality they provided on google. (I had a terrible experience)

I have been to other OYO Flagship earlier and this time the experience was not that great. Though the staff was very adjusting and coordial. They in fact allowed me to check in early and i made a wrong cancellation and they allowed me to stay.
But one area where the properly lags big time is the cleanliness. The rooms are not clean and are smelly. Walls are dirty with water seeping in. Windows are not maintained. Outside property its very dirty with pigeons all over. These guys need to do a lot to up the cleanliness.
