Oyo is finding unique ways to distroy their customer base .....this hotel photos on webbsite were superb. But in reality rooms are completely hopelesss bathrooms were not good at all. No hot water and when we ask the staff why the room is so bad his reply was "Shakesperian quote" "What you book is what you get" ? if words are not enough i am adding some photos

My rating would say it all. If not check out the pictures . How can a hotel run by OYO be so bad. I had to find a place to stay and ended up here . My experience was saddening. The pictures uploaded by the hotel are for sure very tempting . Please improve on all the aspects . The person in the reception said I should see the room before I finalize . And it was a blessing in disguise , I ran for my life . ?

It was worth of money with air conditioned rooms in cheap rate and the facility was also very good and room service was better.
Room was clean and had oyo beauty creme and bathing lotion .The place was also near to Trivandrum town and we can easily access any of the public facilities. The place is also easily noteacable from the street. There was a cafe in the basement of this stay. Also we can stay in bulk group of people after booking because there were lot of rooms.

Terrible experience, we booked in advance and once we reached the hotel they told us hot water was not working, at the very least they could have called us and informed us.I even called them to confirm the booking and at that time too they said nothing about it. The rooms were pretty good, but their lack of communication was bad, especially since it is a winter and we needed hot water.
Edit - A bonus, this room even had bed bugs I immediately checked out. Attached pics for your reference.

Never recommend!!! I pre-booked this hotel through OYO to avoid any hassle during our trip. In app they mentioned a/c & geyser. But, at the time of check-in, receptionist was telling that a/c wouldn't be in working condition for 1day & we need to adjust with that. 2nd, hot water would not available in any of the rooms. 3rd, the room we booked (2x) would not be sufficient for us three.
It was a complete disappointment.
More over, they were telling this at the time of check-in which was at early morning 4am.
We booked a hotel 1wk prior to the journey to avoid such unpleasant situations.. but this is how it went.
Very bad experience.
