Oyo royally fooling people yet again. They call this flagship, but it is worse than a cheap lodge. Everything was a bad experience for us : 1. Check-in formalities and room cleaning took more than 15 minutes 2. The floor in the room was dirty 3. Bed seemed clean initially. In the night, we had to wake up thinking that there are mosquitoes to realise there are tons of bed bugs 4. No fan regulator , no hot water, no shower knob, no phone to call the reception or restaurant

From the bed linens to the bath towels were all in a bad condition. The ac was not properly working. The bathroom door wont shut completely. The closet and faucets are all badly maintained. No room service as the phones were out of order. No hot water. No drinking water. I dont no what made oyo to give this hotel the so called "flagship" title.

I absolutely hated it here. I have been to several oyo rooms and oyo homes.. but this one was just like any other lodge and i was really shocked to c it. The room that v got were just soo dusty. And the extra blankets that they offered wasn't clean. There is no room service here and when v tried to order for tea.. it was soo disapointing to know that there was nothing called tea. The lobby was covered in cobwebs .. and it did not feel welcoming at all... Please don't fall for the tagline.. "International."
