The room and the bed sheet were really of poor quality. The AC was not performing well. Cleanliness is an issue. They provide only veg food items. But one can order from outside. They are little slow in check in process. The intercom was also not working well.

This hotel is just for couples who come here for some hours. And you can witness n no of couples coming here just for few hours. But I never ever suggest this hotel to any family or business people who come here to stay and relax. If you order your lunch you'll get your dinner. That's how fast their service is. And whatever amenities put here in the list is not available. No laundry, no room service, no food you can order from outside, and the food they have in their hotel sucks.

Got this place at a very cheap price and amenities of the place is simply the best part and the hotel is as comfortable as you would expect it to be . Surely one of the best Oyo's in Kolkata . The hotel staff is also very generous . Enjoyed our stay at this place . Lift is also available the only thing is that outside food is not available but there are nearby many restaurants and mall and market so that won't be a problem you do not need to travel far to get good food. So overall a perfect experience.

Very bad experience with this hotel. AC was not working properly very noisy and vibrated . Dirty curtains, no room servicing and cleaning during my stay, bathroom's window was broken, running water also stopped during my shower, telephone not working. You have to go to the reception to order your dinner. TV was there but no set of box or cable connection. Food was good but costly.. I don't know why this hotel consider as a flagship hotel of oyo.. where lots of good hotel was there in oyo which is much more better than this hotel.

This place is calm quiet with soothing Indian and Western blues humming in background. Has big screen for projection of the upcoming World Cup. Food is nice. Not to pricy. A nice lit bar, and hookah bar has another space. Separate for dining area. Check out the photos.
