It's a neat and clean hotel. Deluxe 3x rooms are big enough. All staffs behavior was also good. Complimentary breakfast was standard ( only veg). No fruits in breakfast. Lunch and dinner facility not available in the hotel. Lift available in the hotel. AC in the room was very old. Main advantage is that the hotel is just opposite to the renowned ASIAN INSTITUTE OF GASTROENTEROLOGY. So this hotel is very good for those, who wish to visit AIG. They also arrange local tour and travel.

Hotel location is good. Just opposite to Asisn Institute of Gastroenterology, Somajiguda. But now most of treatment shifted to new one AIG Hospital, Gacchibowli, 20 kms away. The hospital provides free bus service to pick up and drop between Somajiguda and Gacchibowli. The hotel has good infrastructure. However, the upkeep/ maintenance of the property is not up to the mark. Room service is below satisfactory, they do not change the linens even after 2 full days till you insist. Restaurant service is stopped totally other than breakfast, where you have very limited options. I'm staying here now. Today morning even I didn't find any fruits or fruit juice in the buffet breakfast. Overall it is a very average hotel and one should not spend more than RS.2000 including GST and other charges for the classic rooms even if you have 3 occupants.

No it is not a good hotel at all. First this is not 3 star hotel. It mightly be falsely claimed by some hotel staff. Hotel is quite expensive if you can not get a deal and come directly at last moment. Here is my review after pending 5 nights with family in 3X deluxe room. Good points: 1) Very close (2min walk) to AIG Somajiguda hospital. So it is ideal for patients. 2) Location is very good. It is close to Irrum Manzil metro and market area. Very nicely connected to downtown area. Bad points: 1) Reception is not helpful. You ask any service, they are indifferent. 2) The service has drastically fallen after Oyo took over. It was good in the past. This is the average perception of patients who regularly visit AIG. I talked to many staying here. 3) All room lights do not glow because they were not replaced after lifespan. Fans when operated at slow speed create terrible sound. 4) Cleaning is pathetic. You have to run behind to catch hold and they would try to escape. 5) Bathroom is hardly maintained. Window has big opening allowing wind to enter. 6) Room intercom does not work even after replacement. Replacement came after 3 follow ups. 7) morning breakfast is ok. It is buffet. Fruit juice is third grade, dilute with sugar solution. You can't get egg or any fruit. Milk for cornflakes is too dilute. Most people miss breakfast due to test in hospital and hotel does not allow breakfast at room or beyond 10 am. There is notice that no breakfast strictly after 10 am. Again breakfast is not ready before 8:15 am though officially it starts at 8 AM or so. When I complained to the person in dining area, he asked to complain to whosoever I want. 8) Most of the time dinner is exhausted by 9 pm. But vicinity has many eateries. 9) On arrival my luggage was not delivered in my room after 30 minutes from reception. I took my own luggage. Reception is casual. 10) If you need last minute extension of stay, it is terrible. Be prepared that rent could be as high as double. I paid 2900/ per night for delux room for 3 heads while extending but it was 1400/ per night for 3 originally. There is just no option but to pay. 11) Be prepared to conquer mosquito problems. Hotel will not do anything. After calls and escalations they spread some liquid but that was of no help. I bought goodknight to manage rest of nights.

Hotel is budget category. We stayed during Hyderabad marathon booked in advanced but its overpriced. There are other options available at better rate in nearby area. Rooms r old style. Electrical wiringn is open. Its risky. Dong book classic in case u want to stay book deluxe. End of day decision is ok. Management is ok ok

Old infrastructure and everything is old and defected in this hotel. We had to change the room twice as a didn't work properly. The ac vents are gone long ago. A blowers didn't work. There are cockroach running around the bed and sometimes on the bed at night. Most of the people went that area for treatment and considering that the hotel is really unhygienic. The TV didn't work properly as well and it had a issue with the speaker. Overall the experience is really bad and it's not worth the money.
