While reviving from covid worsening and adverse effects on maintenance, Hotel Saiprakash is a good place for lodging in a prime location. Very friendly management team is working very hard to bring back the place in full form. Cannot wait to see Hotel Saiprakash welcoming its visitors with its old and lavish grandeur very soon. Recommend visiting!

Excellent property at the prime area and easily accessible to other parts of the city by bus or metro. Price is cheap.I would rate 5 star if the cleanliness is maintained. Bed cover, mattresses, pillow cover and towels were dirty. I would say this amazing property is in wrong hand. This can be easily sorted if the work force is properly utilized for house keeping. Hotels infrastructure is good. Food supplied by hotels is with good standard and quality. I would like to visit next time again but please improve the cleanliness.

Very bad service. They make huge delay after asking for service. No body wash nor shampoo in the room. No moisturizer as well. Rooms are clean and neat. Good air conditioner. Food quality is very bad. Restaurant looks so bad, example at the tea coffee location. Maintenance is very bad in the restaurant. They provide 2 water bottles as complimentary. Congested shower room. Hotel interiors are good but doesn't look good as there was no maintenance.

Hotel is good property but seems to be short of cleaning staff. Rickshaw guys don't know the place and you may get fleeced trying to get here without Google map. The hotel is also not well lighted outside at night so it becomes difficult locate in darkness.

Not satisfied with their service. They do not provide glass, soap, shampoo. No alcohol or cigarette smoking is allowed there. Room is not clean enough. Cockroach all around in every room. Not recommended. And their own restaurant is too expensive. Be aware of that before ordering a meal!
