Very bad state of rooms when we entered the bedsheet were not changed the room was smelly toilet were not clean not at any hygiene ac was leaking water no hot water was available after asking for long time hot water was available no cleaning of room is done worst inn so far

Problems are there for outsiders as they come to kolkata for more than a day stay. So during my stay the floor was dirty , the bedsheet was changed on request as i found it dirty as requested to change it , staff was cooperative but again the phone like also didn’t worked one whole day.

Not worth the price of 2000 of such small unhygienic rooms, no packaged water , no cleaning of rooms and bathrooms ,foul smell ,dirty and stained bedsheets ,if are going to stay here,carry your own bedsheets, no phone connection and tv connection, only some local channels available, no lift , you have to use stairs. Very much unhygienic. Foul smell all over .

You will love this place. Great spacious rooms, well designed interiors, spacious bathroom, nice staff, great food. You may wish to stay one more day.
I didn't gave five star as I faced few issues during check in, location is not that good, may face difficulty in locating the property. No parking space, congested lanes.

Every time they will come and disturb and see only in bed side..
It's a very ridiculous experience I get from that Property.
Food taste not so good and price is high according to there portion size.
I order laccha paratha they bring at room open..
They not provide any set of salt nd paper they don't have complimentary salad with food we only want onion they say then I will pay 20 rs a room service guys as a tip for just a 6 slice of onion bcz my wife like onion with food.
When we check in there room is fully wet.
Ac was not working...Damp in ac wall.
