It's best PG one can get near Candor Tech Space. It is at a perfect walking distance. It is close to public spaces. The management is just awesome. Worth every penny

The rooms is a normal OYO rooms quality hotel. It has weel maintained rooms, geyser, wardrobe, Hi-speed WiFi connectivity, in-room food service and a TV. However you have to recharge for the dth subscription.
It is nearly 100-150 metres away from the main road. It is best place to live for the freshers working in Candor Tech space (formerly Unitech).
The things which they won't provide are fridge, washing machine, table and chair. However they have provided a bed side table in each room, but that won't be enough for a professional working from home or in hybrid model.
I personally liked the PG accommodation there, the price was also very low considering its facilities and location.

the room they have given full of red small ant, whole night I got ant bite.this room is in 2nd floor,
and at the time of room handover the room floor was completely damp when I complain them they told it will dry automatically.
pillow cover and bedsheets are very dirty.
totally unhygienic,money minded people.
first of all you will not get the way to this oyo..
very disgusting management are there..
everytime to go outside in morning time you have to call the receptionist guy to open the main gate..and I forgot the bath towel which they have given is very dirty bad smell are coming from it..
it .in my whole body I got an ant bite allergy.waist management,at the end I requested them to keep my luggage in reception area they told to keep your luggage you have to pay 400rs..
I requested them and I told that I don't have any place to keep my luggage they hesitate in very bad manner..
at that time I don't have any money with me ..all of the money I have given to the broker and I am in shortage of money.. still he didn't keep my luggage.sorry to say all of these things I really suffered a lot from this management

This hotel is getting customers through oyo but they dont show this even after check in. Located in slum outskirts area of the city,no parking, undercutting in quantity of foods. disgusting quality. Price is too high.Behavior of owner and staff is extremely greedy. They Always ready for argument.Very unfriendly. They keep knocking on your door from first day that water bill is due, food bill is due atleast two times in a day. No water purifier you have to buy from them, no television. No room service at all. Mosquitoes everywhere. Continuous noise. They do not provide with a proper GST bill so it will be difficult if you are thinking for reimbursement. I could rate this hotel in NEGATIVE STAR.DO NOT GO IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT FROM WEST BENGAL.
