It was very use full for lowest budget with all availibiltys but as of know my booking was done by 6pm for today but it's check in time check out time very early my exam time was on 5pm tommarrow but my check out time was 11 am u can change the timings to late bookings it will be help us

Let me start from the beginning
I checked in at 8am on Thursday the 16th of January and there was a cook who was handling the front desk and didn’t know anything about the check in procedure. Which caused a delay of a good 20 minutes and my mood went for a toss.
After which I checked in to a dingy room. Was really not the best in the world. I immediately wanted to shift out but had no choice at this early hours of the day. So I get ready and step out to work and be back in the evening to be greeted by Avinash, the manager. He was really top class in customer service.
After I met him he was extremely polite and made sure I was given breakfast for the rest of the 2 days and was treated really well. The cook also turned out to be really good. They serve great breakfast here by the way
A big issue here I faced was this place is in one remote corner of Banjara Hills, twice I had the Uber and Ola cabs cancel on me and caused me delays of over 30 minutes.

No. Becuase of the location. I would rather stay in a place that’s easily accessible.

One of the lethargic OYO property owner and the management people I have faced till now. They don't show any empathy towards customer to service them on time. Apart from a helper boy, almost everyone was so lazy and not even picking the phone in the reception. It is a place which I would recommend only for bachelor's and not for families. The place was filled with lot of commoners who were staying in the hall which was gave anything but privacy for me. The food was not great too when they served as breakfast and they did not even had a working refrigerator and had to wait for hours to get it chilling the water. Please think twice before booking this place as it is at one corner in the dead end unless you have your own vehicle it's very difficult to access it. The bathrooms and living rooms were smelling and there was nasty stains in the towels, sheets and linens if you can understand what I mean. To say I'm disappointed is an under statement for this place. They seriously need to improve their service and especially their hygiene.
