Very Bitter Experience with this place. Had booked a room on goibibo for 4 nights & also made the payment. Had been trying to contact the hotel since past 2 days through goibibo. They told me nobody from hotel is responding. Atlast after several attempts I got their owner no today evening. He was very casual when i asked him regarding my booking. His answer was tomm is harthal and no guarantee if u will get the room. And also he told i need to carry rtpcr report if i need to check in. Though i told him i had taken both vaccinations he told they will not accept that. Highly risky to book in this hotel. Better to avoid stay here

Uthradam towers is a good option to stay while in trivandrum. Friendly staff... Clean n comfortable stay. Quiet place but good accessibility as well. Have stayed twice n would recommend others.
