This hotel was provided by our travel agency and trust me this was the worst hotel I have ever seen. They don't even clean the room before we have checked in. I'll attach those photos.
When I asked them to clean the room they weren't responding. Such a bad experience. The only positive thing of this hotel is their location because MG Marg was just 5min from there.
Service was worst!!!!!

Hospitality was not good.. We booking this hotel from goibibo, but when we reached the hotel, we known that the hotel is compact with oyo, & no rooms r available for us bcz some money problem between hotelar & oyo.

Decent rooms for the price you pay
The infra is good, since it's a new hotel, inaugurated in 2018
Therefore cleanliness & the stuff used esp. heaters are fairly new
Location is very good
Well connected to bus stands & other conveyance modes
The corner rooms offer good views, rest all are ordinary

Staffs are well behaved.
One star less only for stairs Problem,
Beam above first floor stair is short height, I am 5'9" I got hurt on my head two times, 2nd floor stair is high for children and old.
