They doesn’t even deserve one star. Pathetic service and rude behaviour of staff. Not recommend to stay with family. They don’t have own food facilities and what they offering in food is bad. They don’t accept OYO terms as mention the time of booking in OYO app. They cancel your booking if you are out of cash. Good and clean room. No parking space. They demand full money on time of the check in. Experience was worst.

Does not even deserve one star! Guys please don't look at these fake reviews and get convinced. The hotel can be your worst nightmare. The staff at the hotel is so bloody rude. And they have deliberately cancelled my booking at the time of check in to get cash out of my pocket. I will escalate on social media keeping hospitality minister in loop. Gawar manager.

At this hotel I experienced the level of cheap thuggery that one can only expect in Kolkata. I had booked a room at Hotel Adrija through OYO because my flight to Singapore was delayed due to very heavy rains on 9 November 2019 evening. These guys not only refused to allot the room booked through OYO, but forced me to cancel the existing booking and check into a room at a much higher price set my them. This was a rainy night and I had reached quite close to 12.00. Hotel Adrija took advantage of my helplessness to make a few extra bucks! I sincerely hope nobody checks into this place so they do not fall prey to unfair business practices where hotels make money of stranded travellers.
