The place haven't maintained well and relations of oyo with owner is bad and they are asking only pay at the hotel even after booking is paid online. No power back up. No breakfasts even you have booked it earlier. A mineral water bottle is 30rs and only rooms are clean.

Laxmi Pathi was the manager during my check in. He didn't allow me to rest on there guest chair for 1 hr while I was a bit earlier of my check in time. My check in time twas 12 pm but it was written like if you come after 10 Am as per room availability we'll provide you a room without any charges, even after room was available he refused me to get the same. And they doesn't provide bathroom kit. No towels no soap nothing. Even wifi doesn't works. TV has only one Kanada channel. I highly recommend you not to stay there. there are lots of Oyo hotels surroundings.... You can chose any one of the others.

I went there 2 times... This time I got a room without that much clean.. They haven't changed the bedsheet and even the towel... The towel and bedsheet were dirty... I asked to change them but only the towel was changed.. And the Manager should be trained little bit more because he is kind of rude... The staff were good... Last time before 1 month I left my phone charger and I got it this time...

Worst experience ever of my life me and my family were harassed so much they are all money minded person specially the cheap minded receptionist this hotel is having a low quality interior with low and cheap mentality staff why did oyo accepted them.they are making booking by fooling people worst hotel ever in Bangalore. please guys don't waste your time by booking this cheat hotel.

Hi i had booked oyo 15269 surya inn from 31.05.19 to 01.06.2019 ( 3 AC room for 6 People.)
My flight was late night from Goa to Bangalore, so had called oyo & hotel and informed that i will be check in at around 1 am on 01.06.19.
First of all its location is not proper there no board on main road nothing. Then when i reached there there was power issue and their was no light in some rooms & reception. Then front office guy told me that he will give two rooms instead on 3 cause of Power issue.
There was no AC in one the room he gave and AC was not in other room he gave. Water geyser was not working. Room was dirty, The Extra bed that be gave was horrible.
Further the reception guy told me that when i complained about all things he had informed his manager/owner and owner/manager told him to cancel my booking at night 1 am and not to give room.
It was horrible start to my holiday cause of oyo 15269.surya in and OYO
I Request everyone not to book this hotel nor book through OYO.
