Very poor service. Staff is so unfriendly. He kept me waiting for more than 1 hour for early check in (paid 30% extra) just because he was feeling sleepy. Very rude behavior, charging for everything.. 1 bottle of water even. No toiletries given along with room.

I was about to give 0 star but there is no option. Rude behaviour to senior citizen. Rogue owner cancelling the booking without any reason. Huge safety risk as their one guy was sleeping just outside room door. Never book here...
