I booked this hotel for my parents as they were coming to visit Hyderabad. The stay was good. Room and toilet was clean and staff was also fine. The best part is its on walkable distance to Charminar so u can just walk in evening n enjoy your shopping.

Family trip 3 adults/1kid Stayed here for 3n/4d during third week of March 2022. First of all as the name suggests it’s an Apartment/Flat not a hotel. Its 4 storey almost like new building located close to Charminar. We booked two rooms, when we checked in, the rooms allotted were in a 3BHK flat. Inside the flat you have 2 rooms with attached bathrooms and one room without attached bath (person occupying the later has to use bath which is in the living room, the manager said other guest don't uses it. We had one room with attached bath and one room without. Rooms were nice and clean. Other room was occupied by another guest. Two categories of room Deluxe - comes with attach bath Saver - have to use living room bath. (Exclusively yours, sometimes other guests might sneak-in in your absence so use your room keys to lock it ?) Pros Front desk staff Aamir and Khaleed Bhai were very helpful and cordial. Rooms are like new. The building Gnd Floor is super market so it’s a big plus. Closely located from all the major attraction. Lots of eateries beside. Auto rickshaw, buses all available apart from uber, ola. Cons Regular maintenance should be looked after. (Eg in both our rooms the AC was not working properly, another client from other room had the same problem, seems like the hotel authority has preset the AC at a temp which suits their electricity bill.) Door knobs not working properly. No glasses for drinking water provided. Use it or not towels and soap should have been kept prior to guest check-in. Early morning service like tea etc not available, had to fetch ourselves. Over all it’s a good budget stay minus the cons.

Room is spacious,but it's stinky no room refreshener.they charged extra for early check in paid 400 Rs. But it's nearby Charminar. I give three star for my because of the stinkyness.rest all ok .
