Rooms are not so good in ground floor but they have some good rooms in 1st floor. They have some issues regarding payment with oyo. They usually cancel the prepaid booking from oyo. That's why we had to suffer a lot?

I had booked this place through OYO and had paid online. However, on arrival they refused to accept me accommodation insisting that I pay them at the hotel, else I must leave their property. I had to call up OYO customer care for shifting my reservation to a new property. The place looks pretty shady.

This is a nice place to stay. the rooms are very net and clean and the bathroom is also very nice with geyser facility. they provide towel and soap. they have TV in the room and free internet connection. this is a couple friendly accommodation. overall this is a very good place to stay. This place is very close to the Salt Lake Sector 5 IT sector. there is also Dhaba beside this residence

I have stayed in many hotels in Kolkata and outside as well and this was the worst experience I got. It doesn't seem like they want to provide a service. receptionist asked for more payment than what it showed us in app and did not allow checking and we had to wait for around 45 minutes to get this sorted. Staff were literally threatening us to give 5 star rating and said If we don't want to give 5 star rating we have to leave and search for a different hotel. Rooms are dirty, behaviour of the staff is not good specially this isn't safe for girls. I also made payment via OYO app but the property owner called me and was very rude saying why did I pay online. He threatened us and also the receptionist said I will have to give 5 star rating while checking out no matter what. I switched that phone off while checking out so that I could give a poor rating, I would have created a mess and fought over it but I didn't because I was with a girl and I doubted on security there. I gave a poor rating in Oyo app and then i received more than 15 calls from hotel owner and staff who started threatening me and said that they will public the details and send a letter to girls house, started abusing and all. I said you can do whatever you want. and they continuously threatened and harassed us. I urge people not to book this property. And I am not sure what OYO is doing about it
