The location of the Hotel is awesome though it is the outskirt of Gangtok .almost 7-8 km from Gangtok . The place called Pabgthang . Actually this place is udeal for bird watcher naturelover and offbeat place lover . As its marketing by OYO so rooms are clean ..linen also spotless ..room size is very big compare to price .. Advantage - Room is big . Neat and clean . View is awesome . Food quality is good . Staffs are quite helpful. Surrounding nature Disadvantage - Far away from main town of gangtok 7-8 km . Some way as new hotel it is little unorganized . 2) you will not get any tea shop nearby . Food is costly compare to gangtok . No variety in breakfast . I consumed puri sabji . Bathroom neat and clean .. Advice - only nature lover can go overthere

Beautiful hotel. Everything is excellent except there's some issue with the water supply. Other than the water supply issue...it's just perfect. A bit away from the main city of Gangtok but best for people who loves serenity and wants to live away from City. Staffs are really great.

One of d worst experience during whole tour. The infrastructure was fine but the hotel doesn't have a staff who is at ur service while u reach. Even though v had booked 5 rooms none of the room was ready when v reached late evening v had to wait for 1 hour. And on top of that room service staff wasn't available. Kitchen staff boys then helped us to get our luggage and cleaned the rooms. Mr. Ankit was been called who sits in siliguri office but we got disappointed by his answer. Even the manager didn't knew how to manage n allot us d rooms. Again saying Infrastructure is good but this Hotel needs a Perfect Management who can manage the hotel.
