The hotel is very nice .since the new team has taken it on lease most of it is being maintained very well . All facilities are available the rooms are very clean and the staff ability is very good. Al over good hotel to stay.

Hotel is expensive for its location. Though, it has quality to compensate for it, somewhat. The rooms are quite clean and well-maintained, though they could do some improvement on second front. Room service is sloppy for the price they charge. Of the three rooms we booked, one was missing towel, while another was missing soaps. The problems are not big but together they start to become irritating, considering the sum you are paying.

The hotel was located in a good place but the service is very slow, the management forgot to fill the overhead tank which lead to our delay as while bathing the water stopped and after contacting the reception twice they then started the motor. There is electricity problem in the area which is not new but yet they don't charge their generator and our two days stay was nearly without electricity for several hours. When asked they had petite reasons and illogical answers to it. The rooms are good but the bathrooms have several problems. Flush doesn't work, the flush buttons are broken, geaser doesn't work either. It's an OK hotel but I would never recommend it. Rest the uploaded pictures and videos say the story itself.
