Very Pathetic experience! Had booked rooms for our guests who came to attend my marriage function.We had clearly instructed the staff NOT to ask our guests for the payment and we will make it ourselves as soon as we are free after the wedding date to which they had readily agreed..Even for the advance payment of the booking we called them and asked twice (more than1week) before when should we make the advance payment for that they only responded saying no need of making any payments now rooms will be available on the required dates..After all this these guys called us on the wedding day morning while we all were busy with the arrangements. We attended the calls both times and told them as discussed we will pay the entire amount asap but we were then busy with either the arrangements or the functions during those two times when they called.. After this we didn't get any call from their end but later on when we contacted them to make the payment they said payment was done by the guests themselves voluntarily..Whereas the truth was entirely different.. They talked ill about us to our guests told them we are absconding not answering calls and also asked them not to get out from the hotel without making the payments.. Not only this we got to know that the rooms were not cleaned when the guests entered the room They had to call the room service again and clean it.. Well we usually accommodate our guests in this hotel only which the staff are also aware but not anymore.. I'm forced to give 1 star rating here In order to put a review that also I will consider it as I have given it for the food quality Rest all is gone for a toss. Customer satisfaction is nil Horrible service etc..
