My experiences on 21oct 2019 is the worst experience in my life.After 12hr of journey i reached the hotel and i booked this hotel through goibibo app but the hotel allowed me to check in because i paid the bill Online and there is no communication between Goibibo and this Oyo Hotel the receipnist didn't listen any single word and ask us to leave we didnt give you any room if you want rooms then pay 8000 as per there tarriff.then we call to Goibibo CC supp..they told we arrange a hotel pls wait 30 min but after 3 hour of waiting they didnt arrange a single hotel we suffer there for atlst 4 hour then we book another hotel ..worst exp in ths hotel and never pay throug online on any site like,Goibibo,makemytri,or oyo.hotel didnt accept online payment nowdays.
