Such a pleasant stay here, we booked for 4 nights but unfortunately we delayed for checkin as we were travelling from guwahati. It was hectic and we were worried if it gets cancelled , what were we going to do. But this hotel is really incredibly kind and welcoming. They didnt cancel out booking and even gave us some discount. They know how to treat tourist and that’s awesome. Thankyou Silk Route

It was great experience in Gangtok .. rooms are good. Ambience is great at hotel. Food is good... Hospitality and support shown by staff is awesome.. I would like to recommend this hotel if you are visiting gangtok for holidays.

Its a very nice hotel centrally located. Very near to taxi stand. Staff and the manger Sudip is always there to help you. Food quality is also good.

The location is perfect. The people here are really good, especially the female staff. They are very helpful and cooperative. Few things weren't very appealing. During our stay, the bathroom door got locked and inspite of mentioning 24 hr service, the receptionist wasn't available at night. Secondly the complimentary breakfast isn't buffet system here. Overall the stay was good and the Gangtok staff very friendly.
