We had a horrendous experience. First up, this hotel has three different names which is confusing. The room and bathroom were in a sorry state with stained linen, unclean bathroom and wet walls. Lifts were out of service. Eventually, we decided to checkout within an hour of checking in.

I booked this lodge type hotel from OYO website by using online payment
Post reaching there the receptionist (Rakesh I guess, the man chewing tobacco) informed me that the booking is cancelled and if wanted a check in they can provide it for the same rate but I have to pay by cash
I immediately called OYO customer service, they said that the booking stands confirm
Then the some other guy who was standing beside the receptionist asked me to call the OYO customer service and took my phone, he was trying to cancel my booking for full refund, god knows why...they almost wasted my 1hr....I was there standing in the reception
The OYO customer service did not give full refund
After having some debate with the tobacco chewing guy in the reception I got the check in
The gave me room no. 316
I went there the lights of the bathroom was blinking
There was a see through hole in the door
I immediately informed the receptionist and requested for a new room
They gave me room no.210
The room was ok but the see through hole was there
Then I observed all the rooms in the lodge (I categorise this property as lodge as saying hotel would be considered overrated) have the see through hole
I reached this lodge by 4 pm by the time I was settled in the room it was 7 pm...can you imagine it took 3 hrs for check in
Complete nonsense.
They also serve breakfast but the first thing I did in the morning after getting up from the bed (seriously without even taking bath or brushing my teeth) was check out and run from this hell
I see many young couples checking in here due to its cheap rates....I request them please do find a safe place instead of this hell

Extremely Poor Hotel , Dull light's / flickering light's, water shortage in bathroom, No hot water need to wait for 30min by wasting water. Doesn't match with OYO STANDARDS / PREFERENCE. Rain water was dripping inside the window Inspite it's closed. Doesn't have FAN it's just AIR CONDITIONER Rooms & AC remote malfunction. It's been a terrific experience. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Management need to work on it & keep it maintained & hygiene.
Near to Xperia mall & Malvan takda food is delicious.
