Worst oyo experience here!
The moment I was there to check in, the reception guy asked for I’d and I had brought a duplicate adharcard of mine and he insisted he wanted an original. Since I haven’t brought it with me at that point I asked him if I can get him a soft copy instead but the way he behaved it would piss any customer. I literally had to ask him if there is any other way cus by then iceberg already paid room rent online for a couple of days. But he was such an egoistic brat and behaved so unprofessional and was acting like he has owned oyo greenwood. And didn’t care about my refunds.
That staff was the worst oyo staff I ever encountered. If I could remember his name I sure would have mentioned him here and would ask him to behave more professional next time with any other guest.

I have booked this hotel through OYO mentioning clearly that I need an early check in. After reaching the hotel around 8'o' clock, staff said there is no room available. Staff was very rude and he talked to me at the outside of the hotel didn't even allow me to open the entrance door. When I told him about the interaction with OYO call center staff his response was they can commit anything but its him who takes decisions on whether to give room or not. End of the day , I haven't seen a staff at hotel behaving so rudely. This was my first experience with OYO and would be double cautious before booking again.

Not an excellent place to stay.
The cleanliness of the Rooms are not good and smells bad.
AC not working properly and the receptionist aren't so friendly for the tourist's.
The restaurant in the ground floor is charging like a star hotel for nothing.
It's all my own experience...

We had booked 3 rooms thru OYO for 2 days and paid the full amount thru online. Aftr reachng the hotel the reception boy says they cant allot the rooms on the rate which was offered online and they need additional payment. They says online payment have some issues with them and they are not getting cash from online platform providers. How can they raise such an irresponsible stand towards the customer who had paid the cash well in advance. If u cant issue rooms on that offered rate then y did u provide such a cheating offer.Iresponsible hotel. Must isolate.

It’s an unpleasant stay what I had when I wanted to do early check in they have asked me to pay extra amount and when I asked them i would pay for the room instead of considering the advance booking then they say we don’t have rooms. The reception person doesn’t even bother of customer. I prefer OYO to look in early check in option or make checkin timings to be 10 am to 11 am rather than 12pm to 11 am.
