It is one of the interior area where no quality food is available. The striking part is that the hotel authorities are charging 5 star rates for the food even the hotel's of one star.
For two piece of steam cake pea(puttu payar,pappadam) I had to pay 450 rupees. Cleaning staff is not perfect they will not do anything until you insist and shout at them.
Swimming pool is not at all in a functioning condition. I visited the hotel twice and stayed about 10 days but I have never seen the swimming pool ready for swimming. Either it won't be bleached or it won't be cleaned it or they won't allow you to swim. Actually it was a family property not a hotel and still they consider it like that. They don't have the mindset of a host.

This place is good, ambience is also good, swimming pool, good sea view with 2nd floor rooms, kitchen is available with cooks but should tell them in prior, food will be prepared only on order. Receptionist is not somewhat not fair in attitude. He is the only one person for all things like even to prepare tea in the evening session also he only did. He is like one for all. No proper transport facility from this hotel even to main road. Better not to opt this if you wish to enjoy above average facilities.

Those are taken at the beginning. But it's being old and bloody unclean now.
Believe me there is only one, one and only one person to take care of all your needs.
For your reception, for your phone call, for your requirements, for the front desk everything bloody one person.
Oyo shouldn't have associated with this. As this place sucks a big big time. I don't know about earlier how it used to be but there is no management and maintenance.
Okay, let me tell about my experience.
I've stayed literally two days with my entire family. It was a bad bad experience.
Whole night power supply wasn't there. No one attends the call. I called this guy 15 times and he didn't at all answer the call.
We were swetting, and I went to reception there is no one.
The strange thing is, I went upstairs and this guys was sleeping happily with his Mobile in silent.
I wanted to bash him, but at the end of the day he is the only one.
Very bad experience very bad.
So guys, no one will be helpless and also if you were given this from Oyo mind you, please change it, it is as well in a remote area.

I would not recommend this hotel even for single night stay. I visited kovalam beach last month and took stay over there, the room service is very poor and the property manager denied for arranging food as per the menu. Even we have covered the dinner charge in the bookings. when we ask to provide the food as per our requirement the service guy simply said you can arrange from outside shop by paying yourself (guy on asking with the property manager as the manager was not directly talking to us). Very bad experience with this OYO property.

We Found Very difficult to found this Resort due to road working in progress This Resort is very calm and quite one but the swimming pool rules is very poor. They Have 4to6 TIME And over restricted room is neat and OK to stay but the rate is slightly costly when compare to other OYO is the only app which ll give the nominal cost to this Resort. power is not at all frequent in this area and the geycer application are also working in certain timings.
