Rooms here are huge,
I booked a 3x room, it was like living in a
suite.
Staff was really good.
What they lacked is some minor things luke broken gaye handles.
Nothing to hang clothes in the washroom.
1 ton ac for such a big room.
Some lights not working.
But overall my stay was fantastic.

For the nearestest location of forum mall and Koramangala we booked this hotel for a 4X room when we come to reception they asked us to wait for 4 hrs by saying the room is not cleaned , AC is not repaired and the same they said to another guests and temporarily given us a very smallest room when we tried calling the call was not connected so we went to the reception for our booked room they again said it will take time wait for 1 hrs .This behaviour is really disgusting and after 10-15 mins they given us a room by saying it a 4X room it was entirely different for the room we booked. This hotel is only having a big name and rest things taken for granted.The staff service is very poor when we call them they don't recieve the calls and if received don't do the work until you remind them 2-3 times. Room washroom have no water for long hours but they haven't apologise for any mistakes. They also not provided towels and water in the beginning. The complimentary breakfast is not good and the kitchen is not hygienic at all. TV channels are only kannad so we can't able to see TV. Room bell was also not working. This was the worst experience staying here in our entire life. Avoid staying here and book sone nice hotels near forum mall and Koramangala.

One of the worst hotel in Bangalore city. There were no towels in the hotel when checked with the reception they told me we will get the towels the next day as they dint receive there laundry. I mean seriously. If u guys cant manage your laundry then u should bloody shut down your hotel. They din't even provided us a basic amenity like soap. You guys seriously suck. I would suggest not to visit this place ever. One of the worst experience in my entire life.

Good. Location is good. Rooms are neat and comfortable. But service is poor. There's no parking, it's virtually street parking. Free breakfast is just namesake, and the place where they serve it is crammed. The kitchen is just 5 square feet place with just one fellow to cook and serve. And it's not that hygienic.

First of all, no fresh water is available in here. If you ask them for normal water, all they will give you is a Bisleri (chargeable).
Very small rooms with no housekeeping on a regular basis.
Hotel WiFi does not connect.
Very unpleasant breakfast (obviously because it's complimentary).
Laundry charges are way to high.
The only benefit of staying here was for it's location and time for room service.
THAT'S IT.
